You are very valuable and important in your local Church. Not much can be done without you. Just as so much will be lost because you're not contributing your quota.

Everyone has something to offer in the local Church. God has put something in us all.

One thing we must all contribute is our time and effort in prayer for our Pastor. No matter what we do, if we don't find quality time to pray for our Church and Pastor, we will not get all the best from our Pastor.

Romans 15:30
